Flower Agate is a soft pink Chalcedony that was discovered in Madagascar. It has inclusions that resemble tiny floral formations.

Did you know Flower Agate is also known as Sukara Agate or Cherry Blossom Agate? You can see why they are called Cherry Blossom Agate!

Agate takes 50 million years to form from the deposition of layers of silica that fill voids in volcanic cavities. The layers form in stages, with new layers often forming alternating colours.
