The Throat Chakra is the fifth Chakra in the body, located at the base of our Throat. This energy centre helps us communicate our feelings and thoughts to those around us. When it is out of balance or blocked, we may have trouble expressing ourselves and can feel a sense of stagnation or frustration. Fortunately, Crystals can help realign and open the Throat Chakra.
