STRAWBERRY QUARTZ GEMMOLOGY FACTS:

Strawberry Quartz is easily confused with Rose Quartz, and the two Gemstones do share many properties.

Strawberry Quartz has a much darker pigment than Rose Quartz due to the inclusion of iron oxide and Goethide into its structure.

This Gem is sparkly, and when polished or tumbled, it shines with a deep red hue that is incredibly attractive. This sparkle comes from tiny Hematite inclusions.

Quartz grows in a trigonal structure.

Hematite is a form of iron oxide Mineral. It is found as masses, botryoidal, tabular and super rare rhombohedral.
