This beautiful Gemstone is unique when compared to other Jasper varieties, this variety of Jasper is striped as opposed to marbled and is known for its warm mottled, striped like appearance. This Stone typically is white with black striped, but there are other colour varieties that this Gemstone can come in, such as green, reds or browns with white banding. The bandings have formed in various patterns due to the layering of compact clay deposits, such as straight lines, waves and spots.
