All of our Gemstones are quality checked and shipped from our UK office!
We post out every Monday and Friday.
Please note orders received after 3pm on these days may not make that days post.
Please bear this in mind if you need your parcel quickly!
UK Customers
We have a commercial arrangement with Royal Mail whereby you will not pay more than £7.90 for up to 20kg using the tracked service! That’s a lot of Gemstones!
UK Postage charges start from £3.40, and all charges are calculated at the checkout for you using Royal Mail’s system of weight and parcel size.
International Customers
International postage is fixed at £14.90 for up to 2kg.
Please contact us if your parcel is heavier than 2kg.
We are always happy to hold and combine your orders!
Hold
Leave us a note as you check out and ask us to hold.
This works well when you purchase regularly from our Live shows!
When you are ready for us to post them to you we will combine all holding orders and refund any additional postage you have paid!
Combine
If you place multiple orders in quick succession (purchasing over the weekend for example) we will automatically combine them and refund any additional postage!
Tracking
Should you choose an untracked service, Chalmers Gems will offer proof of postage but will not be liable for lost parcels.
We do everything we can to assure your parcel arrives well packaged and undamaged. All claims are to be made directly to us.
