Sodalite, also known as The Poets Stone, is an excellent communication charm to keep in your pocket. This pocket-sized Crystal will keep you lyrically moving in the right direction if you struggle to find the right words to say or if you feel like your voice won’t carry against the wind.

Our Sodalite Cabochons are smooth, polished, bursting with sapphire blue, swirls of salty white, and delicately carved detailing to marry the heart and the head and help you make decisions based on balance and integrity.

To start, we suggest using moonlight, an incense item, a water bath to cleanse your Sodalite or a Chalmers Gems Cleaning & Polishing Cloth. Once clean and cleansed it is time to programme your Gem.

There are lots of different ways to programme Crystals, but our favourite is to hold your Crystal and speak your intention (internally or aloud), you can move it from hand to hand. Once you have repeated your intention 10 times, place your Crystal on your Third Eye Chakra.

This will allow you to visualise yourself living out your intentions.
