During our India trips, we source gemstones directly from manufacturers.

This gives you access to newly released Gemstones from the marketplace, with the reassurance of buying from a UK-based business.

All Gemstones are:

• Checked for authenticity

• Quality controlled by Chalmers Gems

• Declared if treatments have been applied

• Selected to meet our standards

Our supply chain is close-knit and built on trust, refined over the years by Marie. Knowing our suppliers personally helps us maintain the quality and reliability of our sourcing and allows us to keep our Gemstones accessible to our community.

How to Shop During Our India Trip

You can purchase the latest Gemstones directly from the source, with quality control and transparency guaranteed. There are multiple ways to shop, including Live Shows and our Pop-Up Shop. Availability is limited, so make sure to secure your items before the Pop-Up closes.

You can purchase Gemstones in two ways while we are on location.

1. Live Shows

Live sales are hosted on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

You can:

• View gemstones on screen

• Ask questions

• Purchase in real time

How it works:

1. Join the live show

2. Note the gemstone code shown

3. Comment the code to claim the item

4. If your name is confirmed during the live, the item is secured

An invoice will be sent by email after the show.

2. India Pop-Up Shop (Website)

A dedicated India Pop-Up Shop runs on our website while we are on location:

• Gemstones from live shows are added here

• New items may be uploaded daily

• The Pop-Up closes a few days after we return to the UK

Orders must be placed before the Pop-Up closes.

Delivery Information

All Gemstones sourced during our India trips are cut to order. Estimated delivery times are provided for each trip, so you know exactly when to expect your items.
