Every great venture starts somewhere and for Chalmers Gems, it all began in Marie’s dining room. Armed with her expertise as an award-winning Gemmologist, Gemstone-testing equipment and her loyal dog, Chrissie, Marie laid the foundation for what would become a cornerstone of the Gemstone industry.

With a passion for Gemstones sparked by over 20 years in the luxury Jewellery sector, Marie was driven to share her love for natural Gems. Inspired by the curiosity of others, especially about her work-related travels, Marie decided to document her journey. She created an Instagram account to share her experiences, the intricate beauty of Gemstones and the stories behind them. From that small but impactful step, Chalmers Gems was born.
