Here’s our complete guide on how you can engage and shop with Chalmers Gems across all of our Social Media Channels.
Our Facebook Page is Chalmers Gems. Like the page to get daily updates, Live Show information and a first look at any new and restocked products! You can also shop our full range of Gemstones in the shop section of our Facebook Page.

We have two Facebook Lives a week. One on Thursday at 6:00pm and one on Friday at 9:30am.
You can set yourself a reminder for all our upcoming Facebook Lives, Instagram Lives and TikTok Lives on the events section of our Facebook Page.
How to join our Facebook Live Shows:
- Join the Facebook Live, you can join us on a Mobile, Tablet or Computer. You will need to have the Facebook app if using a Mobile or Tablet. This can simply be downloaded from the app store on your device.
- You can join our Facebook Live Shows buy clicking on our profile picture (it will appear at the top of your feed with a colourful ring around it…this is how you will know we are Live on Facebook) or go to our Chalmers Gems Facebook homepage and scroll to find the live video on our feed.
How to purchase from our Facebook Live Shows:
- Marie will show a Gemstone with a code alongside it.
- Spot the Gemstone you’d like to purchase.
- Comment the code of the Gemstone you would like in the comments section of the Facebook Live.
- If Marie calls out your name, then the Gemstone is yours.
- You will be sent an invoice after the Live show via email. Add your invoice to your basket and checkout.
If you are a new customer, please send your email address to us via Direct Messenger, so we can send you your invoice from the Live Show.
How to Shop our Gemstone Collection on Facebook:
- Head to the Chalmers Gems Facebook Page
- Click on the “shop” tab next to “home”.
- You will then see the full range of our products.
- Click on something you would like to purchase and then press “view on Website”.
- You will then be taken to our Chalmers Gems website, where you’ll be able to complete your purchase.

We have one Instagram Live Show on Tuesdays at 1:00pm every week. This show is for all of our Jewellery Makers.
Here’s how you can join our Instagram Live Shows:
- You can watch our Live Shows on Instagram via Mobile, Tablet or Computer. You will need the Instagram App if using a Mobile phone or a tablet. This can simply be downloaded via the app store on your device.
- You can join our Instagram Live by heading to our profile and tapping Chalmers Gems profile picture (it will appear at the top of your feed with a colourful ring around it…this is how you will know we are Live on Instagram).
How to purchase on our Instagram Live Shows:
- Marie will show a Gemstone with a code alongside it.
- Spot the Gemstone you’d like to purchase
- Comment the code of the Gemstone you would like in the comments section of the Instagram Live. *Image of comments section*
- If Marie calls out your name, then the Gemstone is yours.

- Click on the bag next to your profile button on the bottom of your screen
- In the search bar underneath the word “shop” type in “Chalmers Gems”
- You will then see the full range of our products.
- Click on something you would like to purchase and then press “view on Website”.
- You will then be taken to our Chalmers Gems website, where you’ll be able to complete your purchase.
TIKTOK
Our TikTok page is great for all Jewellery inspiration, Gemstone facts and lots of behind the scenes action.
We also have a TikTok Shop and run weekly TikTok Live Shows.

You can set yourself a reminder for all our upcoming TikTok Lives in our Facebook events page, or you can set yourself a reminder in the TikTok app.
Here’s how you can join our TikTok Live Shows:
- To get involved in our TikTok Live Shows, you will need to watch via a Mobile Phone or Tablet, you cannot purchase from our TikTok Live Shows if you are using a computer. (See how to set up a TikTok account steps below).
- You can join our TikTok Live Shows by heading to our profile and tapping the Chalmers Gems profile picture (it will have a red circle around it…this is how you will know we are Live on TikTok) or click on one of the links provided in the email, or Facebook/Instagram stories.
HOW TO CREATE A TIKTOK ACCOUNT
How to purchase from a TikTok Live Show. It is slightly different compared to Facebook and Instagram:
- Marie will show a selection of Gemstones
- Spot the one you’d like to buy, and then head to the basket in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
- You can also click on a pinned item; this will be displayed above the basket in the left-hand corner of your screen.
- Click on the Item you’d like to purchase and press either buy now or add to cart.
- Follow the steps at check out, and then your purchase is complete.
The whole transaction will take place on TikTok therefore, you will not receive an invoice for this purchase.
How to browse our TikTok Shop:
- Go to our Chalmers Gems TikTok Homepage.
- Underneath our bio, you will see three tabs, click on the shopping bag; this will be the middle button.
- You can then scroll through our fantastic range of Gemstones.
- If you find an item you’d like to purchase, click on it and press add or cart or buy now.
- Follow the steps at check out, and then your purchase is complete.
