The Sacral Chakra, or Svadhisthana in Sanskrit, is associated with the colour orange and is located just above the pubic bone. It’s connected to our ability to feel pleasure, creativity, and emotion. When this Chakra is balanced, we are able to embrace change with ease, trust our intuition and be open to new experiences. However, when the Sacral Chakra is blocked, it can lead to feelings of insecurity and a lack of creativity or enthusiasm. In order to restore balance here, we can turn to Crystals and Gemstones for help!
